We have had the windows fitted and plumbing also finished inside with the electrical completed as well,  Today they started the brick work and installed the front door, back garage door and laundry door.

The Slab Complete

 

 

Starting To Take Shape

Well since then we have had the plumbing finished and the layout for the slab to be pored... We can finally see what our house is going to look like... well how big I guess......

The Great Wall.......

Well its been awhile and now we have both retaining walls finished.... Now when Metricon say they use an approx height with walls its not really an approx its a guess..... They were out 1m on both walls... Not happy!!!! thus making the wall below 2.5m and the other 2m...

 

Costing us another $6000... and Now is to blame?... you tell me....... Any way our retaining wall guys did a fantastic job and the walls look great.

Cut and Fill

Today the Cut and Fill was almost finished.  Metricon started on Saturday and were looking to have this finished today although after we found out they took 22 trucks worth of cut away we could understand the time it took.  Above are some photos of the cut over three days...
